Grossman et al. v. The settlement has preliminary approval and a final approval hearing on October 16, 2026. Each covered mattress gets $110, paid as cash or as a credit voucher usable on the original brand's site for three years, stackable and transferable. The overall settlement is valued at $8.16 million.
