The site lists two kinds of cases: open lawsuits and investigations where a law firm or partner is taking claimants, and settled class actions where a court-approved administrator is paying claims. Each page states which kind it is, what the case alleges, who runs intake or administration, and the deadline or hearing date if one exists. Where a source gave no court, case number, or dollar figure we could verify, the field stays blank.
We re-check each listing against its source before republishing it, and the date of the last check is printed on every page.
Filing is free everywhere. Administrators and intake firms do not charge, and Payout never takes a cut of anything you recover. The linked firm or administrator is the place to sign up. Payout is a discovery app, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice or a promise that you qualify.
