Tampax lead lawsuits, not yet taking claimants

Procter & Gamble faces several class actions alleging Tampax Pearl and Tampax Radiant tampons contain lead at levels reportedly up to 40 times the EPA's drinking-water action level. The lead case is Barton, et al. v. The Procter & Gamble Company, No. 3:24-cv-01332-GPC-SBC, in the Southern District of California.
No claim form or payout exists. The source page says a claims process is unlikely before late 2026 at the earliest. Intake would open only if the parties settle and a court approves a notice program.
