Apple Siri privacy settlement, approved in principle, claim form not yet posted

Landsheft v. Apple Inc. (No. 5:25-cv-02668-NW, N.D. Cal.) accuses Apple of advertising Apple Intelligence and upgraded Siri features on iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16 models before those features shipped. On July 17, 2026 the court granted preliminary approval to a proposed $250 million settlement. Apple denies wrongdoing.
No claim form is posted yet. The court ordered notice to begin no later than August 31, 2026, with a claim deadline 90 days after the notice date. Intake opens when Verita Global, the appointed administrator, publishes the form.
