Costco free shipping lawsuit, not yet taking claimants

Zaimi v. Costco Wholesale Corporation (Case No. 2:25-cv-01076) was filed June 10, 2025 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. The complaint says Costco.com shows $0.00 for shipping while pricing the same items higher online than in the warehouse.
There is no claim form and no settlement. The case is moving toward class certification. Intake would open only if the parties settle and a court approves notice, or if a judgment sets up payments.
