The Poppi settlement closed to new claims on September 26, 2025. VNGR Beverage, LLC, the company behind Poppi, agreed to an $8.9 million fund over claims that its sodas were sold as good for gut health when the prebiotic content did not support that.

How much did the Poppi settlement pay per person?
Payments were per product with a $5 household minimum: $0.75 per can, $3 per 4-pack, $6 per 8-pack, and $9 per 12-pack or 15-pack. No-receipt claims were capped at $16. Claims with proof had no cap but could be reduced pro rata. The source page does not yet report what was paid.
Can I still file a Poppi claim?
No. The deadline was September 26, 2025, and the administrator stopped taking claims after that date. The source page lists no late-filing process, and no service can add a claim now.
