The Deep River settlement closed to claims on July 28, 2025. Old Lyme Gourmet, maker of Deep River Snacks, agreed to pay $4 million to settle claims that some of its potato chips were labeled Non-GMO Ingredients when they were not.
Approved claimants were in line for $5 for the first bag and $0.50 for each additional bag, with a cap on no-proof claims. The source page lists no payout date.
